I'm a 30 something Alumni of Hawken School in Gates Mills, OH and Miami University in Oxford, OH.

I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy and Minor in Persuasive Marketing in 2006 and since then I've worked primarily in Marketing and Sales for such companies as Ogilvy Action and GMR Marketing. I'm a former case manager for the Premium Support team of Airbnb (Plus), and currently offer Airbnb Hosting Team services for local residents of St. Pete, FL. I also work as a Real Time Analyst for Direct Wines and an Outside Sales Rep for Triton Solar.

I'm an active enthusiasts for community development and nurturing local economies. The Owner's Association Concierge Service is a means for empowering local business owners with a way to market their business while also rewarding residents that patron those very same businesses with discounts, rewards,and special experiences. I've always been entrepreneurial in spirit and have owned a handful of service oriented small businesses since the age of 19.

I'm a creative. I like visual arts, and I emphatically believe there is no better way to express yourself, your company, or your brand than with a picture. The old adages live on... "A picture says a thousand words" and "It's always better to show than tell". I dabble in graphic design and photography although due to a less than lax schedule I am currently only fielding shoot and graphic design requests on a invite only basis.

What's a co-host?

According to Airbnb co-hosts help listing owners take care of their home and guests.

A co-host is someone the listing owner already knows. They are usually a family member, neighbor, trusted friend, or someone the host has hired to help with the listing.

Hosts and co-hosts agree on who's responsible for what, how much of the reservation income will go to the co-host, and how the co-host will be reimbursed for expenses.
